Samsung Galaxy S4 And HTC One Google Play Edition Android 4.4.2 Started Rolling Out Via OTA, If Still Not Received Download From Google Server

Android 4.4.2 started rolling out to Galaxy S4 and HTC One Google Play Edition devices via OTA. Both Samsung and HTC also released kernel source and framework files along with the Android 4.4.2 (KOT49H) update. The firmware version are I9505GUEUCML4 (S4 GPE) and 3.62.1700.1 (HTC One GPE) respectively. The worst part is that update removed the Hidden privacy feature App Ops. But, still you can restore the App Ops by using the Xposed Framework module AppOpsXposed.

Currently there is no official change list available specific for both devices, so I am adding some of the change list available from users and other sources.

The update may reach differently for different regions. Wait till it receives or manually update using the OTA zip. The direct OTA links added below.
